COMPONENT ALLOCATION METHOD FOR CHIP MOUNTER

PURPOSE: A component allocation method for a component mounter is provided to reduce the deviation of operation time by automatically performing a reallocation process. CONSTITUTION: All components to be mounted on a substrate are allocated to a plurality of component mounters. Each operation time of the plurality of component mounters is calculated(100). A production efficiency index is calculated from each operation time of the plurality of component mounters. If the production efficiency index is above a threshold value, the component allocation is completed(200). If the production efficiency index is below the threshold value, a part of components which are allocated to the component mounter with longer operation time than a reference operation time(300).
