<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment powder well fit to skin, excellent in moisturizing effect, cosmetic stability and low catalytic activity, and a makeup cosmetic material with good smooth spreading and excellent in moisturizing effect and cosmetic stability. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the surface treatment powder which is prepared by mixing a hydrogenated phospholipid, a powder and a volatile solvent, removing the volatile solvent by drying, and then calcinating at 125-140°C and a makeup cosmetic material comprising the surface treatment powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
