<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical printing original plate molding apparatus for manufacturing a cylindrical printing original plate with high productivity and high thickness accuracy by bonding sheet-like resin onto a cylindrical support body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical printing original plate molding apparatus for bonding the sheet-like resin onto the cylindrical support body (a) comprises (1) a mechanism for holding the cylindrical support body (a) having a photo-curable adhesive layer on the surface, and rotating it circumferentially; (2) a mechanism for holding a laser beam transmitting plate-like object or cylindrical object and changing a space between the object and the surface of the cylindrical support body (a); (3) a laser light source disposed in the mechanism (2); and (4) an optical system for holding the sheet-like resin between the plate-like object or cylindrical object and the cylindrical support body (a) and irradiating the photo-curable adhesive layer existing between the sheet-like resin and the cylindrical support body (a), with laser beams through the plate-like object or cylindrical object.
