The device has a camera fastened to an operation lamp and a servo mechanism provided at a hinge of a movable lamp arm of an operation lamp, where movement of the lamp is controlled by a face tracking software. Two arms are provided and are rotatable around multiple axes, where the device enables independent tracing of movements of patient head and automatic guidance of light for illuminating the field of work. The servo mechanism is fastened to head of the arms.
