The valve (10) has a rotatable drive element (18) provided with a thread element, where a rotational axis (A) of the drive element is inclined with respect to a translational axis of a translationally driven output element (24). The drive element has a surface that is in contact with a section of the output element, where the surface of the drive element is perpendicular to the translational axis of the output element. The drive element is connected with a spring (22) i.e. spiral spring, that is rotated during actuation of the valve.
