PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing spinel lithiumtitanium oxide, a lithium secondary ion battery, and a hydrogen storage material are provided to increase the transition speed of the lithium ion, to obtain structural stability of the material after charging/discharging the battery, and to uniformly synthesize a Li4Ti5O12 nanotube of a spinel structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing spinel lithiumtitanium oxide comprises the following steps: mixing water with titanium t-butoxide, lithium hydroxide, cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, or cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide; manufacturing Li4Ti5O12 nanoparticles by hydrothermally processing the mixture at 60~120°C; heat-treating the Li4Ti5O12 nanoparticles at 300~500°C; and hydrothermally reacting the heat-treated Li4Ti5O12 nanoparticles in an alkali aqueous solution. |
