<p>PURPOSE: A refining method of the molten steel for accelerating desulfurization is provided to easily form slag by inputting quicklime and aluminum in molten steel before tapping the molten steel from the electric furnace to a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A molten steel is refined by using an electric furnace, a secondary refining, and a vacuum oxygen decarburization facility. Quicklime and aluminum are put in the lower part of a ladle by the rate of 3.5~4.5:1 before tapping. The molten steel is tapped to the ladle in which quicklime and aluminum is put. The quicklime and aluminum is inserted 5~7 minutes before tapping.</p> |
