PURPOSE: An online commerce system and a method thereof are provided to automatically perform a payment process according as a product or contents are bought through simple authentication between a user terminal and a portable memory device. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(102) registers personal information in a card company server(104). The card company server processes the payment corresponding to the card information. The portable memory device is connected to the user terminal. The portable memory device permits use approval of the card information according as personal identification information is inputted. |
