<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music information transmitting and receiving system and a music information transmitting and receiving method in which music information of a new music CD and a rental CD can be obtained by a simple operation without requiring connection to a server through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In the music information transmitting and receiving system obtaining music information of music recorded in a recording medium such as a CD and displaying it on an audio reproducing device, when a CD with a music recorded thereon is sold and rented, music information on the music recorded in the CD is obtained by a shop terminal device, the obtained music information is written in an IC card for electronic settlement built in a portable terminal carried by a customer, the music information is read from the IC card of the portable terminal by an audio reproducing device reproducing the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
