PURPOSE: A baseball speed and a strike-ball display apparatus for an interior and exterior baseball practice field is provided to measure an exact speed of a baseball without giving an influence to the baseball, and to accurately judge a strike-ball. CONSTITUTION: A baseball speed and a strike-ball display apparatus for an interior and exterior baseball practice field comprises the following: a dot beam laser radiating unit including more than two dot beam laser radiating devices installed horizontally and vertically to radiate a dot beam laser(DBL) to a baseball in a non-parallel direction; and a photo diode detection unit(D) including a photo diode with a sensor receiving the light from the dot beam laser. The signal detected from the photo diode detection unit is displayed as a number or a voice signal after being calculated by a DPB.
