摘要 PURPOSE: A regeneration method of a fluorescent substance using a fluorescent lamp for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) of a BLU(Back Light Unit) is provided to solve an environment problem according to minimization of the industrial waste by reusing the disposed fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: An organic dispersing agent dissolves with a solvent and a heat fusing binder is separated from the surface of the fluorescent substance by the mixing frictional force(S10). After fluorescent substance is submerged, a supernatant is discharged to remove the organic dispersing agent(S20). A part of the remaining organic dispersing agent and a disposal type radiance are sintered and are thermally decomposed(S30). The fluorescent substance is dispersed and washed(S50). The moisture and solvent are removed and are dried(60). The fluorescent substance of the powdered state is selected(S70).
