PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing diet food is provided to contribute for defecation activities and reducing weight by drying, pulverizing, fermenting, extracting, and refining persimmon leaf, bamboo leaf, Scutellaria baicalensis and Garcinia cambogia. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing diet food comprises the following: washing persimmon leaf, bamboo leaf, Scutellaria baicalensis and Garcinia cambogia; drying the washed materials in a dryer to a moisture content of 50%; pulverizing the dried raw materials with a pulverizier to 200mesh; fermenting the pulverized raw materials in 150 degress for 60 days; extracting fermented liquid by putting the fermented raw materials into a centrifuge; refining extracted fermentation liquid in a micro filtering device; concentrating the refined fermented liquid; mixing the concentrated liquid with minute powder; mixing the fermentation liquid powder and dietary fiber powder; and molding the materials into pills in a pill-making machine.
