TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER HAVING PHASE CONTROL FUNCTION AND ZERO CROSS CYCLE CONTROL FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A temperature controller having a phase control function and a zero cross cycle control function are provided to minutely control temperature by using a simple and small component with low prices. CONSTITUTION: The temperature controller(1) analyzes the temperature at a load. The temperature controller controls the load to maintain a target temperature. The temperature controller comprises a power source synchronous circuit(140), a power supply circuit(160), a microcomputer(100) and a TRIAC switch driving unit(150). The power source synchronous circuit extracts a synchronous signal from the AC power source. The power supply circuit comprises a drive power generating unit, a TRIAC trigger power generation unit. The microcomputer generates a phase control signal or a zero-cross cycle control signal. The TRIAC switch driving unit applies a trigger signal to a gate of the TRIAC switch.
