PURPOSE: A road side equipment using a wire and wireless complex control and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the collision of data by determining a transmission order according to a priority. CONSTITUTION: A wireless network MAC(Media Access Control) module(200) generates a data transmission-expected message. The wireless network MAC module performs OBU and data communication through a wireless network. A frame converter(300) converts data transmission expected message to be suitable a wire network. A wired network MAC module(400) transmits data transmission expected message to a RES(road side equipment) through the wired network.
