PURPOSE: A method and device for simulating storage are provided to improve safety in reservoir application system development by using inert gas. CONSTITUTION: The first hydrogen is provided according to the replace of hydrogen. The pressure of the first hydrogen is controlled using the balancing pressure of the calculated first hydrogen with the storage material saved in a reservoir(12), according to the various situations of operation. The flow rate of the first hydrogen is controlled by using the specific heat of the first hydrogen, temperature change according to SCCM, an operation speed, and the surface area of reservoir. The driving condition embodies on the balancing hydrogen pressure-composition isotherm according to the experiment value or the arbitrary route.
