REAL TIME CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD USING PERSONAL DIGITAL ASSISTANT(PDA) BEING LINKED WITH GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM(GIS)

摘要

PURPOSE: A real-time construction management system and a method of the same are provided to improve the reliability of the construction management by updating a data server with information from the personal digital assistant(PDA) and a geographic information system(GIS). CONSTITUTION: A web/application system is generates a base data for the management of a construction field. The web/application system processes the data based on task logic. A GIS provides the geographic information of a construction region. A head office-field network system transmits and receives the data. A PDA shares construction management information with the web/application system and the head office-field network system.
