PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence device and manufacturing method thereof improve the lifetime of the organic electro luminescence device and quality characteristic and reliability by controlling the inflow of the moisture or the oxygen in the organic electro luminescence device from outside. CONSTITUTION: An organic radiation unit(200) is formed on the substrate(100). The filler(600) protects the organic radiation unit. Filler is formed into the filler hardening. The sealing unit is formed on filler. It separates in the external angle of filler and a plurality of spacers is located. The sealant is formed in one or more spacer gap.
