In a machine for cutting rubberized fabric T and of the type comprising one or more rotary circular knives 17 mounted on a transversely movable carriage 16, the fabric is held during cutting by an endless belt 28 mounted on the carriage. The belt passes around guide wheels 29. The belt may be provided upstream or downstream of the cutting zone or two belts provided one at each of these positions. The cut fabric 24 is discharged by an endless conveyer belt 18. The machine is mounted on a frame 10 carried on rollers 11 and on a central bearing 12 so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis to adjust the angle of cut of the fabric. |
