BIOACTIVE COMPLEX COMPOSITION AND PRODUCT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A bioactive complex composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress generation of signal transduction molecule relating to blood vessel constriction. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bioactive complex composition comprises: a step of immersing Sapindaceae and Moringa oleifera Lamarck leaf powder in n-hexane at 15-30°C for 30 minutes to two hours to remove oil component; a step of extracting the leaf powder with ethanol, ether, or methyl ethyl ketone at 15-100°C for 6 to 24 hours to obtain Sapindaceae and Moringa oleifera Lamarck leaf extract; a step of mixing the Sapindaceae and Moringa oleifera Lamarck leaf extract with silicon dioxide in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.5-2; a step of mixing at 500-1500rpm for 5-30 minutes; a step of quickly freezing at -60 to -20°C for 5-36 hours; and a step of vacuum-drying at 0.1-0.5 Torr for 12-36 hours. The bioactive complex composition is applied to clothes, blanket, sheet or socks. The composition also applied in dressing, medical cotton, and fracture flint.
