PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging cradle allowing an electronic apparatus to be received easily in a receiving recess and charging the electronic apparatus by touching the charging terminal only to the charging electrode of the electronic apparatus which is received in normal posture. SOLUTION: A charging cradle includes a cam mechanism which rotates a cam lever in one direction where a regulation protrusion in an advance/retreat motion route is rotated toward the advance direction by rotation of a lock arm from an engaging position to a retreat position, and retreats the regulation protrusion from the advance/retreat motion route of the contact protrusion of a stopper, and in which the regulation protrusion makes a cam lever projected into the advance/retreat motion route rotatable only in one direction by rotation of the lock arm from the retreat position to the engaging position. An electronic apparatus which is received in normal posture abuts on an engaging protrusion to rotate the lock arm to the retreat position, and since the regulation protrusion retreats from the advance/retreat motion route, the charging electrode and the charging terminal can be received completely in the receiving recess until they contact each other. On the other hand, the electronic apparatus does not abut on the engaging protrusion in abnormal posture, and the stopper abuts on the regulation protrusion which does not retreat from the advance/retreat motion route thus regulating the reception of the electronic apparatus in the receiving recess.
