PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground installation structure for a controlling apparatus that has a simplified structure to protect the controlling apparatus. SOLUTION: The underground installation structure is provided with a storage room 3 to store the controlling apparatus 10 and a protection cover 2 that can be covered over the controlling apparatus 10 from upper side to house an internal space, and can prevent the entry of water into the internal space by air existing in the internal space.
