摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components while fulfilling demands for a flame detector such as visibility and downsizing. SOLUTION: A circuit board 30 is disposed in a housing 20. The flame detector 10 is provided with: a main light source 11 connected to the circuit board; a light guide member 40 comprised of a translucent material guiding light from the light source to a light emission portion 410 by internal propagation; a main detection light receiving element 50 which receives light having a predetermined wavelength unique to flame from a housing opening 214; a transmission cover 12 disposed in front of the main detection light receiving element; a testing light source 13 which projects testing light to the transmission cover; and a light receiving element 14 for testing which receives the testing light, and configured to test the transmission of the transmission cover. The light emission portion of the light guide member is formed in a substantially annular shape and made to have the visual field angle limiting function of the main detection light receiving elements, and has the incident portion 416 and the emission portion 444 of the testing light, and characterized by guiding the testing light from a test light source through the light guide member to the light receiving element for testing.
