<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive cloth for processing texture which is an abrasive cloth for processing a hard disk at a high degree of accuracy and has grinding performance capable of sufficiently lessening surface roughness in a texture-processing of a hard disk manufacturing process, does not generate scratches and can exert excellent polishing accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In the abrasive cloth for processing texture having a nonwoven fabric containing cellulose fibers as a constituent component, the cellulose fibers with an average fiber diameter of 20 μm or less are existed on one surface of the abrasive cloth, a water retention rate of the nonwoven fabric is 400% or more, a water absorption velocity of the nonwoven fabric is 160 mm/10 min or more, and C-hardness at a wet condition of the abrasive cloth is 40 degree or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
