<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror 13 capable of improving light utilization factor. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary body-like reflecting mirror body 31 having a diameter increasing from one end side to the other end side around the center axis is provided. A reflective surface 35 is provided to the inner surface of the reflecting mirror body 31. Planar facets 51 divided into a plurality of pieces are formed on the reflective surface 35 in the circumferential direction and a curved reflective surface part 52 is formed between the adjacent facets 51 to be continued to the facets 51.
