PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing board repairing and improving method and a multilayer board, allowing a writing board with a damaged writing surface to be regenerated easily in a short period of time and achieving multi-functionalization of the writing board corresponding to the demand of a market simultaneously with the improvement of environmental property by power saving, resource saving, etc. SOLUTION: The method of repairing and improving the existing writing board 1 such as a worn-out blackboard or whiteboard includes: magnetically attaching a double-side magnetized magnetic sheet 11 onto a steel plate face material 3 of the existing writing board 1; and magnetically attaching a new steel plate face material 12 onto the double-side magnetized magnet sheet 11.
