PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary stamp with a stationary seal which does not foul a stamp setting surface by the printing face of the stationary seal, even when the stationary seal and the rotary stamp are separated from each other during replenishment of ink. SOLUTION: This rotary stamp with a stationary seal comprises a rotary stamp body 13, a stationary seal body 22 having a stationary seal platen 22e with a window hole 22t, a stationary seal 20 constituted of a lift sheath frame 21 ascendably fitted, as an enclosure, to the outside of the stationary seal body 22, and a grasping case 11 which houses the rotary stamp body 13 inside and interlocks the stationary seal body 22 with the help of the lower part. In addition, a spring retaining part 22j is formed, in concave subsided fashion, outside of the stationary seal body 22, and a retaining piece 21k is formed inside of the lift sheath frame 21. Further, a spring member 24 is installed between the retaining piece 21k and the spring retaining part 22j, and when the stationary seal 20 is separated from the grasping case 11, the stationary seal body 22 is retained by the lift sheath frame 21 in such a state that the printing face of the stationary seal platen 22e does not jut out of the apex of the lift sheath frame 21.
