<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work temperature adjusting device capable of precisely and physically controlling the temperature distribution of a work, and to provide a corrosion resistance testing apparatus equipped with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The work temperature adjusting device is equipped with: an internal heater 49 for indirectly heating a sheet work W; a work holder 2 to which the work W is set; a plurality of heat transfer heating projections 54, constituted so as to be freely separated from and brought into contact with the heat transfer contact surface 50 of the work holder 2 and absorbing heat from a heating device 53 to transfer the same to the work holder 2; and a separating and contacting mechanism 61 for individually separating a plurality of the heat transfer heating projections 54 from the work holder 2 and bringing them into contact with it.
