<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oxidization of Polaroid, fire extinguishers, photographs, and films, prevent global pollution by the balancing water of tank vessels, keep tank vessels moving at a high speed and prevent pirates by an approach preventing panel, and provide cars using such engine and rockets moved by H<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>2</SB>by sufficiently utilizing the antioxidizing capability of N<SB>2</SB>and the explosive energy of H<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>2</SB>. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The antioxidizing capability of N<SB>2</SB>and the fire extinguishing capability which is nontoxic to human are utilized. Good-tasting water is put into rubber balloons without losing the taste. The tank vessels are kept moving at a high speed by the engine of H<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>2</SB>and H<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>2</SB>are reproduced by batteries by power generators and liquid crystal panels.
