<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide convenient services for a user without registering specific information on an ETC in-vehicle unit or user's personal information to a vehicle management system in advance. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle management system includes: a road-side device for receiving information specific to an in-vehicle unit from the in-vehicle unit mounted on the vehicle; a controller for detecting a state of the vehicle on the basis of the specific information received from the road-side device and accompanying information associated with the specific information and outputting vehicle management information in accordance with the state of the vehicle; and a vehicle management service providing device for performing vehicle management on the basis of the vehicle management information outputted by the controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
