<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feeder circuit which is hardly affected by a use environment, capable of suppressing variations in radiation characteristics, and capable of being used in a wide frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: The feeder circuit is arranged between feeder terminals 42a and 42b and a radiation plate, and supplies a transmission signal to the radiation plate and/or is supplied with a received signal from the radiation plate. The feeder circuit includes a resonant circuit and/or a matching circuit that includes inductance elements L1 and L2.
