PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being unable to avoid imparting a sense of incongruity to a driver, due to being unable to cope with various travel states of a vehicle, when setting a shift speed constant when returning to a D mode from an easy M mode. SOLUTION: This automatic transmission control device includes: an automatic shift mode by D range selection of a select lever; a manual shift mode by manual operation of the select lever; and an easy manual shift mode of temporarily shifting a shift stage by receiving a shift signal from a lever except for the select lever when holding a D range of the select lever. The automatic transmission control device further includes a shift speed adjusting part 16 for changing an automatic return shift speed in response to the travel states of the vehicle when transferring to the automatic shift mode from the easy manual shift mode.
