<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device having a display function easy to notice the error or the like of the setting of a threshold value or the like and capable of relatively simply grasping a way for altering the setting of the threshold value or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inspection device includes a display means 6 for displaying the relation between a measured evaluation quantity and the threshold value on the same screen. The display of the measurement result of the evaluation quantity (normality degree) is shown on each of bars L1-L6 having predetermined length by the length of a specified color G region, and the threshold value (sensitivity) is displayed (T1-T6) on the periphery of each of the bars L1-L6 so as to move along the length direction of each of the bars L1-L6 corresponding to its set value. In a case that the magnitude of the measured evaluation quantity is on an acceptable side with respect to the threshold value, the region between the threshold value and the measurement result of the evaluation quantity on each of the bars is displayed by a second specified color B to grasp the margin to the threshold value of the evaluation quantity at a glance.
