<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged sherbet, giving the sherbet where a spoon can be easily inserted to. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The packaged sherbet contains carbon dioxide and has gel strength at 5°C of 0.05-2.2 N/cm<SP>2</SP>.
