PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform re-printing of the printing content of copy processing without using a lot of storage areas even when printing based on print data transmitted from a computer is performed after performing printing by the copy processing. SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus includes an image reading function and a printing function, performs a plurality of processings including printing processing for performing printing based on print data input from an external device, and the copy processing for performing printing based on read image data, and includes: a latest copy content storage means for specially storing the printing content in the latest copy processing; an additional copy instruction acceptance means for accepting a re-printing instruction of the latest copy processing; and an additional copy processing means for storing the printing content in the copy processing in the latest copy content storage means when the copy processing is performed, and reading the printing content stored in the latest copy content storage means to be printed when the additional copy instruction acceptance means accepts the re-printing instruction.
