PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a service by a time stamp server with respect to the change of the connecting environment of a network. SOLUTION: A drive recorder 6 selects one static image from a recording frame in a fixed period, and calculates a hash value. The drive recorder 6 transmits the hash value to a server 3 for a hash value, and the server 3 for the hash value makes a time stamp server 2 issue a time stamp to the hash value, and stores it. Then, the drive recorder 6 selects one still image from the next moving image of 30 seconds, and calculates the hash value, and transmits the hash value to the server 3 for the hash value. Afterwards, the drive recorder 6 successively performs the similar processing. Thus, since the time stamp is applied to the hash value, the evidentiality of the moving image can be improved according to the continuity of the still image whose time of day has been proved and the moving image when such an event as an accident occurs.
