PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool unclamping mechanism capable of reducing size and weight of a spindle head and of being highly accurately interlocked with movement of a changer arm. SOLUTION: A shift cam 13a for operating the changer arm 11, a clamp cam 31 rotated synchronously with a turning cam 14, and an unclamping shaft 33 which advances and retreats as the clamp cam 31 rotates are arranged in a changer arm device 1. An unclamping lever 41 which approaches to and separates from the unclamping shaft 33 is arranged at a spindle head 2. The unclamping shaft 33 advances and pushes the unclamping lever 41 in a state that the unclamping shaft 33 and the unclamping lever 41 are brought into contact with each other, so that the cam curve of the clamp cam 31 is set and the unclamping shaft 33 and the unclamping lever 41 are arranged to allow the unclamping lever 41 to push a draw bar 51 of a spindle 50.
