<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that enables a user to receive online support service through intuitive and simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus incudes a user operation data holding unit that holds user operation data in which contents of operation that the user performs are recorded, an input unit having a help key for designating a start of execution of an online support function, and a support data holding unit which holds information on a support connection destination to be connected for online support. When recognizing the depression of the help key, the image processing apparatus grasps at least part of contents of operation performed by the user up to the time of depression by referring to the user operation data, selects a support connection destination corresponding to the grasped operation contents of the user by referring to the support data holding unit, and requests a connection of communication with the selected support connection destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
