PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice thermal storage system balancing suppression of power consumption and utilization of stored heat. SOLUTION: This ice thermal storage system 1 having a refrigerating system 3 constituted by connecting a plurality of refrigerating showcases 19 to a refrigerating machine unit 15 in parallel, and an ice thermal storage unit 7 making ice by excess capacity of the refrigerating machine unit 15, further includes an integrated controller 9 setting a low pressure setting value of the refrigerating machine unit 15 according to a cooling state of the refrigerating showcases 19, and indicating the value to the refrigerating machine unit 15, and the integrated controller 9 sets a low-pressure setting value to obtain the excess capacity necessary for ice making by the ice thermal storage unit 7, and indicates the value to the refrigerating machine unit 15 until the ice thermal storage unit 7 terminates ice-making, when the ice thermal storage unit 7 starts ice-making.
