<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wrong talk-finish processing when an unintended talk status is recognized and a talk-finish is automatically processed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone terminal having a microphone 5 for inputting a talk sending voice, a speaker 6 for outputting a talk receiving voice, and a contact detecting part 7 for detecting a contact includes a recording part 17, where voices are prerecorded, and a voice recognition part 15 that detects whether or not the talk sending voice input in the microphone 5 is the same voice as recorded by the recording part 17, and performs talk-finish processing in a talk status if the talk sending voice input in the microphone 5 is not detected by the voice recognition part 15 as the same voice as recorded by the recording part 17 for a certain period of time and if a contact is continuously detected by a contact detecting part 7 for a certain period of time or the contact is not continuously detected for a certain period of time.
