<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by using a slide plate when fastening an elastic member by a fastening screw, to fasten the elastic member without twisting of the upper surface part of the elastic member due to friction with the bearing surface of the fastening screw by rotation of the fastening screw, and reducing the number of components to reduce the number of assembling steps. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A C-shaped slide plate (5) having a notch formed in part thereof is inserted between the screw head of a fastening screw (6) for attaching a holding plate (2) having a hard disk unit (3) fixed thereto to a chassis (1) and an elastic member (4) for absorbing vibrations of the hard disk unit (3). A hole penetrated by the fastening screw (6) of the slide plate (5) has an oblong shape long in the direction of a straight line including the notch, and its short side direction part is brought into contact with the fastening screw (6).
