<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze highly precise circuit characteristics of an inductor even with high frequency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A circuit characteristic analysis method includes: calculating a wiring resistance parameter 13A which is a parameter related with the wiring resistance of signal wiring out of the equivalent circuit parameters of an inductor, based on wiring high frequency characteristic data 12B for resistance measurement indicating high frequency characteristics related with wiring for resistance measurement different from the signal wiring of an inductor as the object of analysis; calculating difference high frequency characteristic data 12C by subtracting the influence of the wiring resistance of the inductor from inductor high frequency characteristic data 12A, based on the inductor high frequency characteristic data 12A indicating high frequency characteristics related with the inductor and the wiring resistance parameter 13A; and calculating an electromagnetic coupling parameter 13B related with the electromagnetic coupling of a substrate with the inductor out of the equivalent parameters of the inductor, based on the difference high frequency characteristic data 12C.
