<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash with a flat sill, which can efficiently discharge water intruded into an area between inner and outer rails. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Inner and outer sliding screens 2 and 3 are housed in a double sliding manner in a frame body 1 provided in an opening of a building. In the frame body 1, a resin frame is provided to the indoor-side exposed surface of a metal frame. In the sill 11 constituting the frame body 1, a threshold surface 13, which includes the upper ends of the inner and outer rails 32 and 21 for guiding the inner and outer sliding screens, is formed in an approximately flat shape. An intermediate top surface material 34, which has a top surface 34a almost as high as the positions of the upper ends of the inner and outer rails, is provided in the area between the inner and outer rails of the sill 11. The intermediate top surface material 34 is mounted on the top surface of the sill 11 via a small piece-like mounting component 35, so as to face the top surface of the sill 11 with a space between the intermediate top surface material 34 and the top surface of the sill 11.
