PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove interlayer air by surely press-bonding tire molding members arranged in a molded body during the molding of an unvulcanized tire. SOLUTION: The tire molding members arranged in the molded body H are pressed by pushing the rotatable press bonding roll 11 of a press bonding apparatus 10 to the molded body H formed on a support 2. At the same time, vibration is generated by operating a vibration generation means 14 attached to a holder 12. The vibration is transmitted to the press bonding roll 11 to vibrate the press bonding roll 11 continuously in the press direction. The press bonding roll 11 is maintained in such a pressed and vibrated state and relatively moved along the outer surface of the molded body H. The tire molding members are pressed while being vibrated in turn. While the interlayer air is extracted, the tire molding members of the molded body H are press-bonded to each other to mold the unvulcanized tire. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
