摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening control device capable of obtaining sufficient rotational torque with inexpensive system configuration without enlarging an operating device, and performing continuous control of valve opening to cope with the immediate change of valve opening. SOLUTION: An internal wall surface 1b of a housing 1 is provided with partition walls 1c toward the center part of an internal space 1a at angle spaces of 90°for instance. The peripheral surface of a rotor drum 2a is formed with vanes (rotary vanes) 2b located one by one in respective divided spaces 1d of the internal space 1a partitioned by the partition walls 1c, to partition each of the divided spaces 1d into a first pressure chamber R1 and a second pressure chamber R2. The housing 1 is provided with compressed air lead-in ports H1 for leading compressed air AR1 into the first pressure chambers R1, and compressed air lead-out ports H2 for leading compressed air AR2 to the second pressure chambers R2, for every divided space 1d. The compressed air AR1, AR2 is supplied from a positioner 400 to rotate a valve element connected to a driving shaft 2c of a rotor 2 so that the actual opening of the valve element coincides with the set opening.
