The cable (1) has a fuse (5) with a predetermined width and section of metallic wire e.g. copper wire, covered by an insulated layer (4). The fuse is subjected to evacuation of sufficient heat without provoking fusion of the wire and incorrect operating of a connection unit (3) e.g. nut. The connection unit is heated for causing the fusion of the metallic wire, before the insulated layer is destroyed. The connection unit is fixed on an electric unit and connected to the fuse.
