PURPOSE: A web browsing common system and a web browsing common method are provided to reproduce a web browsing content of a computer on a terminal device by displaying a motion picture image corresponding to the web page of the computer through a video communication method. CONSTITUTION: A web share function is selected to supply a video in web browsing to a terminal unit(200). A computer unit(100) stores a web page video a web browsing operation. The terminal is selected to supply the video data according to the web page video. The computer apparatus connects to the terminal through a communications network. The computer apparatus offers the video to the terminal device. The terminal device reproduces a moving picture according to replay selection of the user.
