<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind screen mounting structure capable of increasing the changing amount of the mounting angle of a wind screen. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first guide 21 and a second guide 22 not parallel to each other when viewed from a side of a vehicle body, and forming a pair are provided on the vehicle body. The wind screen mounting structure has a first driven part 31 guided by the first guide 21 and a second driven part 32 guided by the second guide 22. A wind screen 14 is mounted on a movable member 30 which is movable along the first and second guides while the distance between the first driven part 31 and the second driven part 32 is fixed.
