<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for an airbag capable of properly discharging a gas from a vent hole by restricting the positional displacement of a vent hole cover to the vent hole. <P>SOLUTION: The bag for the airbag 30 includes the vent hole cover 60, which is made movable so as to open the vent hole 34 by predetermined bag inner pressure generated inside the bag, and a cover guide member 70, which covers a hole closing portion 86 corresponding to the vent hole 34 of the vent hole cover 60 and permits the vent hole cover 60 to move so as to open the vent hole 34 by the predetermined bag inner pressure.
