<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of efficiently operating a plurality of arms even when a total power control is performed during a composite operation in which the plurality of arms are moved simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: This construction machine has a first operation mode for operating an arm 5 by the pressure oil discharged from hydraulic pumps 10L, 10R or a secondary operation mode for operating a boom 4 by the pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 10R while operating the arm 5 by the pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pumps 10L, 10R.
