<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, a program, and a content distribution system, for suppressing concentration of access to a log management server without increasing facility costs. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal device acquires communication speed in other terminal device. The terminal device compares communication speed in a self-terminal with the acquired communication speed in other terminal device. The terminal device receives log data from other terminal device whose communication speed is slower than that in the self-terminal device, based on compared results. The terminal device stores log data in the self-terminal device, and the received log data from other terminal device.
